One shared book, so two reps get two different lists
Queues are built from the same call history everyone else is writing to, and a contact one rep has taken drops off the next rep's list rather than being handed out twice.
Manage Every Lead and Venture
MELV is the record layer for a calling team: the queue that decides who to call next, the promise you made on the call, and the proof of what the day produced. It works alongside the dialer you already use — connecting it is the first thing we do with you.
Full access. No credit card. No contract, no setup fee, and nothing charges itself when the seven days are up.
Measured 14 August 2026 in the brokerage that runs MELV every working day. It is one workspace, and it is ours — we would rather show you a real number and tell you whose it is than a rounded one from nowhere.
The thing every brokerage actually has
Two reps working from two exports, and the contact hears from your office ten times in a day. Nobody meant it; nothing stopped it.
"I'll ring you Thursday" lives in someone's notebook. Thursday arrives and the list has moved on without it.
Calls land in the dialer with no rep attached, so the report says a year of work belongs to nobody, and everyone argues about it.
How it works
MELV is not another inbox. It decides who to call next, keeps the promise you made on the call, and proves afterwards what the day produced — working alongside your dialer, which we connect with you during the trial.
Queues are built from the same call history everyone else is writing to, and a contact one rep has taken drops off the next rep's list rather than being handed out twice.
Once a day, three times a fortnight, four times a month — withheld from every list MELV builds, except callbacks somebody was promised. Each list says what it held back and why, so a short queue is never a mystery.
Once your dialer is connected, calls are matched back to the rep who made them — even when the dialer only knows about the office.
Press "follow up in 14 days" and it is scheduled — in the app, in the dialer, on the queue that exists to catch it.
Projects, appointments, a shared calendar and pre-work condition reports, so a good call becomes a booked job in the same system.
Measured, empty and unknown are three different things all the way through, so an unmeasured figure never gets drawn as nought. We are still working through every screen that should also name the reason.
Why MELV
Every figure below was read from the vendor's own public pricing page on 13 August 2026, and may have changed since — check before you decide. Where a vendor publishes no price at all, the table says so; that absence is the finding, not an omission on our part.

| Price published openly | Yes | Yes | No — demo only | No — demo only | Yes |
| Entry price | $49per user / month | $69per user / month | Not published | Not published | $399per month, 2 users |

BoldTrail and Lofty publish no prices, no seat minimums and no contract terms anywhere on their own sites; every path ends at a demo request. Third-party estimates for Lofty alone span a three-fold range, so none are repeated here. Follow Up Boss's calling add-on is a further $39 per user per month on top of the $69 above. Dashes mean we did not verify a claim either way, not that a product lacks the feature.
One platform, your name on it
Upload a logo and pick one colour, and MELV rebuilds the whole interface around it — buttons, links, focus rings, charts. We check the contrast so a brand colour can never produce a button nobody can read.
Individuals, teams and franchises run on the same platform. Each office can carry its own mark while the network reports as one. MELV signs the work quietly in the corner, and stays out of your customer's way.
Try it — pick a colour
Contrast is checked on every colour.
Pricing
Start on a 7-day trial with no card. Every plan includes the whole CRM — we do not hold basic features back to sell you the next tier up.

Prices in US dollars, per user, per month. A team starts at three seats. Franchise pricing depends on office count and is quoted directly — no per-seat number is published because those deals are assembled by hand.
Questions
No. You get the full product for seven days with no card and no call. We ask for payment details only when you decide to keep it.
Your workspace does not disappear and neither does your data. The app tells you the trial has ended, and you either tell us to switch the plan on or export everything and go. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is locked behind a payment — we have not taken a card.
Yes, and that is the point of building it this way. An individual workspace becomes a team workspace by inviting somebody — there is no migration, no new account, and nothing to re-import.
We quote multi-office deals directly, because they genuinely differ. Tell us how many offices and roughly how many agents and we will send you a number — without putting you through a demo first.
Every contact and every call, as CSV, whenever you want, without asking us. It is your book. We are a place to work it, not its owner.
A new workspace starts empty. You can add contacts yourself from the Relationships screen straight away — but bringing a whole book across, and connecting your dialer so calls flow in automatically, is something we do with you during the trial rather than a button you press. Tell us what you are on today and we will say honestly whether we can move it.
No — it works alongside it. MELV builds the list, holds the rules about who may be called and how often, imports what happened, and turns it into a record. Reps keep dialling in the tool they already know.
Not a native one yet, and we would rather say so than call a website an app. MELV works in a phone browser today; a real iOS and Android app is on the roadmap and is not being sold to you as finished.
Bring one list and one morning of calls, and see whether the numbers at five o'clock look like the day you actually had.
By creating a workspace you agree to be emailed about your account. No card is charged and nothing renews automatically during the trial.
